Company UAB PRO TECHNICS respects each of your rights to privacy. Your personal data (name, surname, company name, address, phone number, email address, and other information specified in the e-shop registration form) are collected and processed for the following purposes:

• to process your goods orders;

• to issue financial documents (e.g. invoices);

• to solve issues related to goods supply or delivery;

• to fulfill other contractual obligations;

• for direct marketing purposes (only with your consent).

The following PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING RULES define data management:

1.2. Buyer – a legal or natural person who has purchased goods in the online store www.orokondicionieriai.pro

1.3. Personal data processing rules (hereinafter – Rules) regulate the main principles of personal data collection, processing, and storage, based on which the Data Controller processes Buyer’s personal data.

General provisions

2.1. Buyer’s personal data processing is determined by the Republic of Lithuania’s Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating such data collection and these Rules.

2.2. Buyer’s data are collected for defined and lawful purposes, processed fairly and accurately.

Personal data processing

3.1. The Buyer agrees that the personal data they voluntarily provide during the order would be processed in accordance with these rules.

3.2. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and has the right to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data by sending an email to info@orokondicionieriai.pro or by calling +37065867777. In such case, the seller must immediately implement the buyer's request (within 1-2 days).

3.3. The Data Controller acknowledges and respects every Buyer’s right to privacy, who places an order on www.orokondicionieriai.pro. The Data Controller collects and uses Buyer’s personal data (name or company name, address, phone number, email address, and other information specified during the order in the online store) for processing goods or service orders or for fulfilling other undertaken contractual obligations. When placing an order, the customer can express his consent/disagreement for the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes. The customer does this by checking (agreeing that his personal data would be used for direct marketing purposes) or not checking the box (disagreeing). We send a monthly newsletter to the customer's specified email and provide opportunities to unsubscribe from the newsletter (at the end of the newsletter there is an option: "unsubscribe - by clicking the customer will no longer receive the newsletter").

3.4. The Data Controller commits to not disclose Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners, providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, Buyer’s personal data can be disclosed to third parties only in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.5. Personal data are processed using secure means, protecting this data from unlawful destruction, disclosure, or other illegal actions.

3.6. Personal data of those who agreed that their data would be used for direct marketing purposes, are stored in the active database and are used for 3 years for direct marketing purposes. After this period, client data are immediately (automatically) destroyed. The responsible person supervises the automatic destruction of personal data.

Rules modification

4.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or completely modify the Rules and will inform about it on www.orokondicionieriai.pro online store.

4.2. Additions or modifications of the Rules come into effect from the day of their publication, i.e., from the day they appear on the online store www.orokondicionieriai.pro.

4.3. If the Buyer disagrees with the new edition of the Rules, he has the right to refuse it in writing.

4.4. If after the addition or modification of the Rules, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new edition of the Rules.

5.1. All messages related to personal data processing to the Data Controller are submitted by email info@orokondicionieriai.pro or by mail.

5.2. The Data Controller provides the response in the same form in which the message or claim was received.
