Shipping and Delivery
At the online store "", you can order products at any time of the day, any day of the week. When ordering products, you can choose the most convenient delivery method for you. We will personally inform the customer by the phone number provided in the order information when the product is ready for pick-up. If the product is not currently available in your most convenient store, we will bring it and inform you within 1-5 business days about when you can come to pick up your product.

The price of product delivery throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania depends on the weight and value of the products you purchase. This price is provided when placing an order. Products are delivered to the specified address or another location convenient to the buyer.

We also offer payment for goods by paying the courier upon delivery. You can choose this service by clicking "cash payment to the courier", you can pay in cash (have the exact amount).
*Delivery to the Curonian Spit incurs an additional €100 fee, which needs to be paid separately.

Product delivery takes from 2 to 3 business days from your payment and the crediting of the money to UAB "PRO TECHNICS" account.
The goods are delivered to the buyer using the company "DPD" express courier mail service, or through any other authorized delivery courier. Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must check the consignment's completeness and the condition of the delivered goods. Accepting the goods and signing the delivery documents without remarks are considered as the acknowledgment that the items in the packaging are orderly, the consignment is delivered properly, and neither party has claims regarding the goods in the consignment. If you fail to perform these actions, we assume no responsibility for:

Damages to the goods if the basis for such damages is not a manufacturing defect;
Discrepancies in the product's completeness, if these discrepancies can be determined during external inspection of the goods.
Products weighing more than 30 kg are only delivered to the recipient’s home. Carrying large and/or heavy goods (e.g. refrigerators) to the door costs 15€* (Carrying cost depends on the chosen location, in other locations the price can vary between 35-50 Eur).
During delivery, the buyer must provide a document proving their identity. If the person receiving the goods does not match our data on the customer, or if it turns out that false and untrue data were provided during registration, or if the person receiving the goods has not yet reached the age of 16 and has not acquired legal capacity at the time of delivery, we have the right to refuse to deliver the goods to the customer without any legal consequences. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies made during data entry, so we recommend filling in and re-checking your registration data and delivery address carefully.

We do everything possible to ensure the timely delivery of ordered and paid products. However, delays in delivery can occur due to circumstances beyond our control or unforeseen circumstances. Neither “” nor our nominated sender or carrier can fully guarantee that the purchase will reach you exactly within the pre-estimated delivery period. We also do not assume responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the delivery of goods later than the standard delivery period indicated on our page. The buyer assumes all risks of loss or damage due to the delivery date and time.
